Paint and the Refinishing Process

 

The refinish process is started when your vehicle

arrives. Computerized Mixing process allows us to mix the correct factory formula. This in-house mixing ability insures a correct color match is achieved through test panels spray outs and tinting.

 

Our 14,000 sq. ft. refinish

 department is features

3 State-of-the-Art Garmat

Paint Booths. Each booth is

equipped with computerized

Monitoring of temperature

Internal pressure, and air flow.

Each station contains

a 1 million BTU heat chamber

which allows us to produce

a “Baked On Finish”. Special care is taken to prepare your vehicle for the painting process. Only the highest quality finish is applied. The pressurized chamber allows for a non

contaminated environment in which you vehicle is refinished.
